Watched Star Chef

Tuned in to Star Chef a few hrs ago...
saw tian mu... though only a short clip of him...
saw dino also... lol... even though an even shorter clip of him... :P
saw wayne... kak... and a few others... even even shorter clip... like 5 secs...
saw Derrick Lau... even even even shorter clip... i think only 1 sec... O_o
no eugene... so sad... thought could see him in it...

also saw a few funny incidents on the show... LOL
got one auntie...wok on fire...
conclusion:
hot oil + water = call the fire dept...

also got some ya ya papaya...
there was this guy... deep frying his pork loin... (quite a big piece) in the asian wok...
yifeng asked him while he was cooking...

Yifeng : your pork can cook fully in 10 mins?
Contestant : yes...
Yifeng : it's quite a big piece u noe... u sure?
Contestant : ya...

his plating was super ugly... simply no effort into it...
imagine... 1 big... and i do mean... BIG slab of pork on a dinner plate...
wif sauce all over...
den he cut a piece of pork for the judges to taste...

Judge : it's not even cooked in the middle... and u expect me to eat?
(LOL... note : our asian wok isn't exactly the biggest fire we have around... and to think u got 10 mins... subtracting the time taken to heat the oil... OMG!!!)

after dat... yifeng interviewed him again...

Yifeng : the judges said ur pork is not cooked... any reasons?
Contestant : maybe because i'm too nervous... and the oil too little...

(i was like... -_-... LOL... even i can't even cook dat SLAB of meat using our pathetic asian wok fire in 10 mins... i think 20 mins oso got problem...)

Heaven?
