Todae didn't go for lunch... -_-
goz got major VIP function...
den ah gong and lau peh come up...

skipped lunch todae...

so the function starts at 12 pm...
which they tuu until 1pm den come down and eat...
who are they?
major big shots from Swissôtel and such...
some from Merchant Court...
all them F&B directors etc etc...
lau peh assist ah gong for a demo cooking for them guests...
and me...
they send me to die...
everybody scared of death...
so throw me there...
in-charge of foie gras station...
beside ah gong and lau peh while they cook...

i think i see MacRitchie Reservoir...
i can really see very far...
trying to visualise an outline of Singapore...

i realised...
dat Singapore IS INDEED VERY SMALL!!!

i was left to die... doing showmanship for the VIPs...
but lucky not many ppl eat foie gras... LOL...
but many tried our kopitiam laksa...
which another guy was serving beside me... LOL...

after dat...
the usual high-tea buffet...
same old boring stuff...
den after dat... went in to cut potato wedges...
and i cut myself... :(
not very deep on my finger though...
but traces of blood can be found on the floor...
and my apron... XD
had a few warnings while i was cutting the potatoes...
knife slipped and almost touched my finger...
but luckily... it didn't...
i knew i was going to be cut by the knife...
but i ignored them warnings and continued cutting...
and indeed... as i have forsaw...
the blade sliced through my left index finger...
the the rest was history... LOL...

now i'm hungry...
didn't eat for the entire dae...
gtg look for food...

got a couple of shifus from chinese banquet come cook...
LOL...
i get to eat some suckling pigs... yum yum...
ohhh... i'm so into asian...
so much nicer dan western food...
though i like steak... :P

todae came a new SHATEC trainee...
name's Liu Jin... (i think)
i suppose she's my senior... hahaa...
but todae i teach her some operation procedures for buffet...
LOL... i 1 week lao jiao... :P

but no owner... LOL...

noticed...
there is a piece of toblerone untouched by the guest...
so i took it... hahaa...
put into my pocket...
will eat it later...
later came an entire dae later...
which i forgot abt it totally...
until i was in the locker room...
and in my pocket...
i remembered my meltedrone... -_-
well... put in in my fridge and ate it at home... :P
it's in my tummy now...
