Hell's Kitchen

Watched the entire season 1 of hell's kitchen yesterdae...
for a total for 9 whole hours... O_o
phew...
too see executive chefs kena bua kaya...
kaya finish liao still got gu yoo to bua... wow...
stress...
also got noobs...
those dat use back side to think... Zzz...
the chef asked her how long till her pasta is ready...
she replied not yet... still waiting for the water to boil...
coz she juz replenished the water in the boiler... wif cold water... -_-
chef asked how come use cold water and not hot water?
guess wat she replied?
"I thought cold water will boil faster dan hot water..."
O_o
wah... i pengz...
very interesting gameshow... LOL...
will watch season 2 & 3 some other time... rest my eyes 1st... :P

Hotel pasar malam

Work till 3 pm todae...
as usual...
went to locker...
chat wif a fren there...
heard from him there is some dealings up on the 5th floor...
asked if i wanted to go along...
y not?
so i followed...

when i reached...
LOL... so crowded...
it's a pasar malam IN THE HOTEL!!! O_o
for hotel staffs only though...
tables set up wif lot of rubbish...
like garang kuni items for sale in the 5th floor laundry department...
items ranging from books to soft toys... bags to electronics to clothes and underwear!!! O_o!!!
wow...
where did all these things come from?
psst...
tell u guys a secret...
imagine u stay in a hotel...
u left ur shirt in the room and u check out...
return to ur country...
will u come back to the hotel to claim back ur stuff?
well... the hotel will safe keep for u...
but if u do not come back and claim it within 6 mths...
well...
here's where ur belongings will go to...
the hotel's pasar malam...
LOL...

not all items sold r from hotel guests though...
some are items dat the hotel doesn't want anymore...
eg. old pillows... old cups... and stuff of the like...
or maybe a change of management...
eg... from Swissôtel to Fairmont...
all items wif Swissôtel logo will have to be replaced...

things sold here are VERY CHEAP though...
imagine designer label jeans going for $10
books... all at $1 each...
imagine ur harry potter book a hotel guest forgot to bring home... :P
many items are still in very good condition though...
they even sell boxers!!! O_o
will u wear someone else's boxers?
not me!

didn't buy anything...
nothing good enough to buy...
if got hotel towels... i might buy a couple... :P
so my fren bought himself a bag for his laptop for $2
and a underliner or something like dat for a bed for $5
even cheaper dan pasar malam!!! O_o

Walking past the corridor...

something tells me dat mid autumn festival is closing in soon...

River Rapids

As the water flows downstream faster and faster...
down the stretch of rapids...
plunging down the waterfall...
into the throbbing lake...
a beautiful sunrise at dawn...
over the horizon...
the lake glitters...
and a rainbow can be seen through the morning dew...
with a pleasant feeling of freshness and purity...

2nd Off...

Offed on wed...
tomoro going on off again... LOL...
coz tomoro no function... and mondae no function...
so stay in kitchen oso will be killing moosquitos...
so chef told me...
tomoro u go off...
LOL...
shiokness...
2 offs in a week...

this week everydae work 6 hrs...
maybe 7 hrs... LOL...
work 8am... den 2-3pm nothing else to do...
ninja liao... wahahaha...

and so i went...
so the situation was...
garde manger was short handed...
so he asked which is my next outlet?...
... PMC... 2 weeks...
so the dreaded news broke out...
"You continue in garde manger for another 2 weeks..."
*faint*
AAAAAAAAAHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!
*faint again*
he asked... "how is it up there? you can take it?"
"i noe you can..."

kaoz... 1½ mths in garde manger...
kill me pls...

i go EVERY outlet... i extend my stay there... -_-
Prego extend 1 week...
Equinox extend 1 week...
garde manger best... extend 2 weeks!!!
my log book gonna be so messed up i dun think i'll graduate... LOL...
becoz of all these extensions...
i missed out a few outlets...
sad...
still got the lasagne actual dae coming up soon...
again... will miss out some outlets...
i dun think i'll be able to complete all outlets... Zzz...

I cried in the kitchen todae...

I used to be able to take it...
used to be able to hold back my tears...
but todae...
it was juz too overwhelming...
my eyes were all teary...
and it hurt too...
i wished i could juz leave...
and not continue anymore...
it was juz too much this time...
