Ratatouille

Met up wif CK to watch Ratatouille in the morning...
coz working 2-10 todae...
the movie is not bad...
quite nice actually...
almost everything is shown very detailed...
even those small not-so-important things...
like the wine pouring technique...
you can see dat a lot of heart have been put into making the animation movie...
i like it... :P
some parts are a bit lame though...
ie. not realistic enough...
but overall... it's a nice movie worth watching...
my personal movie critic...

finally cleared my SMS inbox...
never delete SMSes for too long liao...
1000+ SMSes to be exact...
took me abt 3 mins+ to complete the deletion process... Zzz...
well... all deleted...
it's time for a brand new chapter... :P

dragged my feet to work todae...

hate working afternoon shift...
like not here not there... Zzz...
but still ok...
doing a lá carte...
busy busy... but still can cope...
made myself a peking duck crepe for dinner... :P
it's not bad... quite nice actually...
i wouldn't sae it's heavenly though...
juz above average loh...
also tasted korean pork crepe... also quite nice...
for now... i would recommend peking duck and korean pork...
something worth trying lah...
but not worth coming all the way from Tuas to OOTP juz to eat those...

2 more daes and hell begins...

How many can accept the fact of disability?

We think the world has ended or might even not wanna live anymore when we lose a leg...
or even an arm...
people can even complain y life is so unfair to them when they lost only a couple of fingers...
this guy here...
lost all four of his limbs...
both arms and legs...
juz the thought of dat to even happen to yourself...
how many of u could even think of continuing to live?
how many can hope of living a normal life as he did?
at least i noe i couldn't...
dat's y i respect him...
it proves to him dat no obstacles are too tough for him to handle...

how many people in this world can swim?
for some... they'll sink at the touch of water...
and for those who could swim... how many could swim wif their arms and legs tied up?
many would drown...
and to think this guy here have neither arms nor legs...
maybe we should start thinking how blessed and fortunate we are...
and stop complaining abt life...
people are never grateful of wat they have...
till the dae they lose it...

Open Concept Buffet

Went to Shang-ri La - The Line for open concept buffet lunch todae...
wat is open concept?
means u see chefs/ cooks at work...
means u see the kitchens...
more or less like a food court serving buffet...

food is more or less not bad... :P
went wif CK, Eugene and Sa-cha...
chat up wif a couple of our classmates...
Aron and Josceline...

anyway... saw Aron's scandal future GIRLFRIEND todae oso... wahahha...
(LOL... Aron said it's not scandal... so must be gf liao loh...)

after lunch... went to Charcoal...
realised dat Wong sir not working todae... Zzz...
so we went down to Rosette instead... -_-

my off dae is pretty much spent like this...
the amount of food i ate for lunch is enough to last me till dinner... O_o
also heard Rosette closing down soon...
so sad... :(

Chef Steward

The stewarding auntie in OOTP is so pro lah...
she can become chef liao... lol...

coz she work here so long until she almost become kitchen staff liao...
i go there... not chefs nor cooks teach me...
it's the stewarding auntie teach me wat to do... O_o
she helps out wif topping up of ingredients and stuff like dat...
so pro lah...
lol...

when at the busiest of the afternoon... Zzz...
but lucky no orders were jammed...

Ben finally kena arrow to be part of the team... LOL...

also heard the mooncake team are accepting part-time workers to help make mooncakes...

2nd dae OOTP

Morning did so much crepes...
orders keep flowing in...
but still can handle...
coz all very simple...
listen to wat type of crepe...
sundried, wholewheat or plain...
den put the prepared fillings in wif lettuce...
wrap and go...
kinda fun actually... :P
juz go wif the flow... :)

also went to the chiller to get ingredients for topping up at OOTP...
spent 20mins in the chiller... Zzz...
so cold lah...
my fingers almost got frozen till i couldn't feel them...

OOTP is quite a nice place actually...
only dat the kitchen is way too small...
other dan dat... it's nice... :)
oh yeah... for those who dunno wat OOTP stands for...
OOTP = Out of the Pan

Production of world's longest lasagne begins next week...

OOTP 1st dae

So it's my 1st dae in OOTP todae...
back to a lá carte...
i realised... i am more suited for a lá carte...
it's more fun loh...

did crepes todae...
actually... the whole of OOTP sells mainly crepes...
my 1st crepe was a disaster... LOL...
broken on all sides...
ended up in the dustbin...
Mr. Dustbin wun go hungry todae... :P
but hey! my second crepe was so much nicer... lol...
did some crepe orders and some salads... -_-
todae ain't a busy dae at all...
from 3-6 stand in the kitchen doing nothing...
but looking at passers-by...

i never like to watch dat drama... it kinda sucked for me... -_-
but after golden pillow...

my favourite TV drama series ever... even up till now...
i loved it when i was a kid...
and i still love it now...
makes me wanna sign up to MOB TV...
should i?
