Warning... Low Power...

Due to the working afternoon shift last week...
used to sleeping 4-5am in the morning...
couldn't sleep last nite...
though i tried very hard to sleep...
ended up getting out of bed watching TV instead...
slept at 3:30... Zzz...
sleep 2 hrs only... and got ready for work... -_-
so tired... OT somemore...
i almost fell asleep while having lunch... XD
i guess i'll be going to sleep soon...
cannot tahan liao... Zzz...

anyway... the 13th ASEAN Summit will be held in our hotel...
a lot of ministers from a lot of countries will be here...
security will be VERY tight...
and also... Stephanie Sun will be here tomoro to sing the ASEAN song or watever it is...
the stage has been set...
very big...
they spent the whole afternoon setting up the ballroom and stage...

and yes... the Raffles City Shopping Center is almost done wif the construction of new shopping areas...
it's taking shape...
when will it be done?
b4 Christmas?

Auspicious dae?

Seems like a very auspicious dae todae...
a lot of couples holding their wedding banquet todae...
all ballrooms are opened for wedding couples todae...
a total of 5 different couples in 5 different ballrooms tonite...
not counting another outside catering wedding banquet at clark quay...
and a couple of wedding banquets held in the afternoon...
dats abt 8 wedding banquets our hotel is handling for todae only... O_o
wow...
imagine u come for ur fren's wedding...

den when wedding couple come on stage...
u suddenly realised u r in the wrong ballroom... LOL!!!

wow...
seems like soooooo... long ago when i use to use templates for art and craft...

the dessert is nice... mmmmm...
i ate 5 of those...
before dinner...
and i couldn't finish my dinner... LOL...
so nice lah... some pandan mousse or something like dat...

anyway... saw our pastry chef Kenny make a bdae cake todae...
very nice...

Siglap Secondary Graduation Night

Yep... yet another function...
annual D&D for the Siglapians...
for all the graduating classes...
sec 4 & 5...
see them... so reminds me of my D&D back when i was still a sec sch student...
lol...
kids nowadaes getting more and more open...
more and more rich...
young ladies wearing sexy dresses...
young men wearing suits... wow...
wat did i wear when it was my D&D?
juz a collared shirt and a pair of pants...
dun even have leather shoes somemore... -_-

after work...
went to Lau Pa Sat wif some of the pastry ppl...
for supper...
food quite nice...
but it's den i realised...
the food we eat... ain't exactly very healthy...
din used to bother much...
but todae... for the 1st time in my life...
i looked into a plate of char kuey tiao...
saw tiny specks of blackish substance on the leftover sauce on the plate...
it's then i realised they were actually the charred remains of the wok...
talk about carcinogenic... O_o
now u noe y it's called "charred" kuey tiao... XP

Bee Movie

Watched Bee Movie todae b4 i went to work...
very short movie actually...
also VERY lame...
well... it's a cartoon...
wat do u expect?
but a bit too lame for even me to handle...
must have balance...

plot is nice...
but some parts are really juz too lame...
example...
bees can actually carry an airplane and make it hover in the air... O_o
"hey... it's a cartoon..."
"ok... fine..."

humour side... little...
but...
had a nice touch to the ending...

eat and eat and eat...
the amount of pastries i ate todae AFTER DINNER...
totalled up... the amount is even more dan my dinner itself... O_o
i is seriously getting fat...

Part 2 continues...
though not as much ppl as yesterdae... it's still a lot of ppl...
this time... they had lunch buffet...
and TWO coffee breaks...
one in the morning... another in the afternoon...
feed them pigs...
stuff them wif food...

took care of 3 buffet set-ups todae... O_o
but still ok... coz todae not as much ppl as yesterdae...
yesterdae legs aching...
todae legs breaking...
if still got tomoro...
i think i'll be lame... (literally...)

busy... but it's a very good experience loh...
nothing much to sae liao...
coz everything said yesterdae... hahaa...

so tired lah...
even though no OT todae...
the moment i reached home... i fell asleep... LOL...
sleep intil 7pm den wake up...
wah... shiok...
