Closing of Le Papillon...
went to work todae to clear the kitchens and watever dat's left for us to clear...
throw away all the useless rubbish...
transfer usable store to Muse Bar...
etc etc...
till abt 12pm we went for lunch @ No. 3 Crab Restaurant (if i remembered correctly...)
boss drove us there...
nice food...
ate lotsa crabs... XD

after dat we went back to LP to complete all unfinished business...
including moving furnitures and stuff back to Edmond's Studio...
after we finally finished...
watched Iron Man...

nice movie...
i like it...
kinda humourous actually...
and cool gadgets...
how i wish i got an Iron Man suit too...

Le Papillon's Last Dinner

The final wave of orders just ended...
desserts all out...
clearing the kitchen...
prepared our last dinner...
watever's left of the food in the restaurant...
fried all the fish...
grilled all the beef and lamb...
cleared all the sausages...
took out all the desserts...
beverages...
it's a buffet in LP tonite...
coz by tomoro... it will be Le Papillon no more...

Food!!! And there's even more at boss's table... O_o

I broke my com... :(

Great... just excellent...
something wrong wif my power button...
so took the whole com apart...
den when i finally managed to get my com to power up...
i kae kiang...
placed the cover back without turning off the com...
den the next thing i knew...
PIANG!!!
the cover touched the fan...
and 2 blades flew out... :(
now my fan is 2 blades short... boo hoo... :(
my com now vibrates vigorously and VERY noisy...
i seriously need to get my com repaired... haiz...

Crazy madness dae @ LP

Woke up late again todae... Zzz...
10am to be precise...
LOL!!!
so rushed down to work in a cab...

looked at the reservation book...
woah...
50+ pax...
full house sia...
*faint*
todae is the busiest dae in my time in LP for so long...
work work work...
again... not much time for resting...
todae worse dan yesterdae...
though not as much mise-en-place...
boss came and helped again todae...
his wife and her dad and son came for lunch too...

Dick didn't have enough manpower todae...
coz some problems happened to one of the staff...
so had to come late...
time is 11:15am... and he's all alone working outside...
came in and called for reinforcements... hahaa...
WL and me went out to help him...
WL did the table setup while i folded the napkins...
1st time see Dick so flustered... XD

dinner was very busy todae too...
worked all the way till 12am... Zzz...
den boss told us to take a cab home...
claim from Robert tomoro... LOL!!!
wow... if everydae so busy... we can die sia...
sure shag us to death... :P

had a glass of ice water during work at dinner...
taste so so sweet... :P

Final support

Restaurant closing soon...
many ppl come support for the last time...
so very very busy...
todae so busy until no time to rest...
even during split-shift break oso need to work... Zzz...
whole dae work until dun even have chance to properly sit down and rest...
got an ½hr sleep... -_-
so sad...
non stop crowd...
keep coming in...

boss was here todae...
to"help out"
but still... we did most of the work... lol...
4 more working daes...
den i'll most probably go back to my hotel...
depends...
we'll see... XD

Definately Maybe

Got 2 GV movie tickets...
courtesy of Sabrina's mum... :)
so went PS to catch a movie...
watched Definately Maybe...

when the movie started...
it was very boring... seriously...
i almost fell asleep...
maybe due to the delicious curry chicken rice i had for lunch todae... XD
but anyway...
as the movie progressed...
it got slightly better...
still boring though...
it was then i wondered...
y the hell did we watch this movie in the 1st place... -_-
the movie then ended wif a very powerful ending...
which really reached into u and touch ur heart...
very touching...

the whole movie juz keeps u thinking and thinking...
wondering who his wife was...
though a few part was a bit exaggeratingly lame...
wif a few decent humour...
very nice movie...
though u really need to understand the boring initial to actually feel the great ending...

after movie...
went Swensons for dinner...
the word "Chilli Crab" caught my eye...
so i ordered the spicy chilli pasta wif soft shell crab...
came wif wat looked like a deep fried tarantula on a bed of pasta...
LOL!!!
took a bite...
hmmm... initially was not bad...
but after many mouthfuls...
it really sucked...
taste of plain spicyness... nothing else...
i think the soft shell crab tasted nicer...

went Best Denki... or is it called Best Connection now?
watever...
i finally bought myself a mini home combi-oven...
wahahah!!!
multi function oven...
includes baking, roasting, microwaving and even steaming!!! O_o
coolness...
but a big hole in my pocket though...
costed me $800... Zzz...
to be delivered to my home next Sundae...
