overheard some of the Pregians comment...
got new felame staff joining the hotel...
fingers pointing...
curious... lifted my head over to see where they were pointing...
and guess who they were?

lol... both of them attached to Swissôtel... hahaa...
ok... got new ppl to tok to liao... LOL... :P

during high-tea...
when i juz finished setting up my pasta station...
guess who i saw again todae?...
looks so familiar...
the spiky durian head guy...
our SHATEC Trainer...

he came up to Equinox for high-tea wif his fren...
chatted wif him for a while... :P

Helipad function

Afternoon as usual...
foie gras and pasta station...
den came evening...
go up to the helipad to set up buffet function...
i'm station again... LOL...
peking duck station...

the moment i'm up there...
i was like... WOW...
the view... simply awesome...

360° view of the whole Singapore...
i think i can see Changi Airport...
and i can see the istana... hahaa...

night falls...
darkness engulfed the top of Swissôtel The Stamford...
i see nothing but my station lights... -_-
den service gave me a glass of coke...
and a glass of red wine for another of my collegue...
so dark...
and the colour of coke and red wine... similar...
same glass... and see nothing...
took a mouthful of the wrong glass...
huat...
i became Mr. Prosperity...
luckily only a mouthful...
imagine the whole glass 1 shot down...
i think i will wander to the edge and 1 shot go down...

I'm standing on a plane separating dreamland and reality...

both foie gras station and pasta station...
so Liu Jin did the foie gras...
and i did the pasta...
todae is pure pasta station dae...
brunch is boring...
not much ppl eat pasta...
maybe feng shui not dat good...
moved to new location...

when high-tea start...
foie gras station close...
left pasta station...
but move back to the old place...
but this time...
it's the busiest dae i've ever had in my life in Equinox...
so many ppl queue...

totally no rest until ½hr till closing... -_-
maybe it's the feng shui...

anyway...
my Tues off changed to tomoro off... -_-
dat's the life in Equinox...
off daes are never fixed...
suddenly... happy happy... chef change ur schedule... -_-
coz Tuesdae got a heli-pad function...
so my off dae changed...
but look on the bright side...
i'll be going up to the heli-pad on Tuesdae!!! XD

This is the 3rd time i fell sick since my attachment started...
i think...
but this time... not as serious...
coz no fever... haha...
only sore throat... running nose... and cough...
wake up wif pressure building up in my head...
due to the blockage of the nose...
so ears hurt like going up to genting when i woke up...
plus going up 69 storeys in the lift...
my ears almost went deaf... O_o

felt terrible when doing station todae...
holding back my coughs...
and plus running nose... aiyo...
plus so many customers... wah... busy sia...
luckily no mucus drip into the foie gras or pasta... XD
anyway...
time passed very fast todae...
coz very busy...
tomoro's gonna be a busy dae again...
2 more daes and i get my off again!!!
