End of lasagne production for trial run 05/08/07

next week going to the dreaded garde manger hell...
hell... hot... garde manger... cold...
hmm...

will send the lasagnes for baking on the 5th of August...
and will assemble them outside Prego...

Yay... KM working wif me the whole of the lasagne thingy...

todae blanched 23 pkts of lasagne skins...
and let the production of lasagne commence...
made 63 moulds of lasagne... 60cm × 10cm × 5cm
tomoro another 63...
the dae after... another 63...
coz we only have 63 moulds... XD
den Sundae i off... :P

i knew getting arrowed to be part of the lasagne thing ain't a good thing...
coz confirm OT galore...

but ok lah.. lucky got KM wif me... so not so bored... LOL...

i might be going outside catering next week when i'm supposedly attached to garde manger...

Bolognaise!!!

The whole of todae...
practically nothing to do other dan doing the bolognaise...
150 kgs of minced beef...
and dat's only for 100m...
to think 570m!!! O_O
one time cook 50kg of beef...
so cook 3 times...
cook until my poor chef u full of tomato paste / sauce... -_-

anyway... KM kena arrow to come down to main kitchen to do the lasagne liao...

Went to main kitchen at 8:45am...
luckily never go at 7am... -_-

so in the end... never do bolognaise...
