Microwave Chef & Halal Pork

Todae... the whole kitchen is microwave chefs...
all becoz of indian cheese... wanted to use the combi-oven for STEAMING...
for the 25 pax function vege... -_-
which came at close to 2pm... -_-
den for the other orders... cannot use combi-oven for baking...
so use microwave loh... kaoz...
fine dining serving microwaved food... imagine dat...... O_o
all food microwaved for 25 pax function... 15 pax function... and 15+ a la carte... WOW!!!
setted the guinness book of records for using the microwave the most time in rosette...
(at least for me lah... -_- )

also... we served the 25 pax function a vege...
french beans and bacon wif sun-dried tomatoes rolled in chinese white cabbage...
(this is wat indian cheese wanted to steam... which nobody will get to use the oven for baking...)
we served out the main course...
den service staff come in...
Service : "eh... wat's in the vege roll?"
Me : "french bean... bacon... and sundried tomatoes..."
Service : "is the bacon pork?"
Me : "Ya... pork..."
(i remember asking indian cheese y he use pork bacon... he told me... nvm... bacon nicer... rosette not halal wat... y cannot use?... i was like... ok loh...)

den the service staff went over to indian cheese...
Service : "sir... the bacon in the vege is pork?"
Indian Cheese : "ya... why?"
Service : "die lah... outside got 1 muslim..."
Indian Cheese : "next time u must tell us mah... menu also never say no pork no lard..."
(den andrew came in to join the conversation...)
Andrew : "tell them it's turkey bacon... wat's wrong is already wrong..."
Andrew : "later if they noe it's pork... even more problem... complain somemore..."
(i was like... -_-... wah... where have ur conscience gone? when did rosette start to serve halal pork?)

den the funny thing is... ah-soh noe abt the commotion... look over to indian cheese...
Ah-Soh : "next time dun use pork or lard in menu..."
Indian Cheese : "ok... next time i wont..."
(Wah seh!!! last time i told u... u sae nvm... now ah-soh tell u... u listen... super boot licker leh...)

oh well... todae was quite busy... so many things cock up... LOL
and ashok kena scolded by indian cheese todae... when debrief...
everytime use hand phone in kitchen...
use once in a while ok...
but use in front of everyone???
den ashok face already black... but that moment... his face look blacker dan black...
like asian wok wif 10,000 yrs of carbon... coated in black paint in a dark room... at 12 midnite wif no moon and... you get wat i mean...

2nd dae liao... jackie chan looks ok...
not exactly the friendly type... but ok...
dun look like the type who will give u trouble...
maybe he haven show his true power yet...
we'll see...
1 week should be enough to let him spread his wings fully...
