This is the 3rd time i fell sick since my attachment started...
i think...
but this time... not as serious...
coz no fever... haha...
only sore throat... running nose... and cough...
wake up wif pressure building up in my head...
due to the blockage of the nose...
so ears hurt like going up to genting when i woke up...
plus going up 69 storeys in the lift...
my ears almost went deaf... O_o

felt terrible when doing station todae...
holding back my coughs...
and plus running nose... aiyo...
plus so many customers... wah... busy sia...
luckily no mucus drip into the foie gras or pasta... XD
anyway...

so...

den add a bit of mushrooms... (mushrooms contain water...)

and dat's wat happened most of the time...
which catches the attention of the customers...

Foie Gras

Forgot to mention how foie gras taste like... LOL...
foie gras should be eaten HOT...
not cold... coz it taste totally sucky when cold...
like eating butter alone... XP
foie gras taste a bit sweet... and a bit salty...
and have a distinct nutty taste...
crispy on the outside...
and VERY SOFT in the inside...
very aromatic...
many love it...
and some hate it...
coz of the high fat content...
when eaten hot... the fats in the foie gras melts in ur mouth...
quite a yucky feeling if ur afraid of fats... hahah...
but it's nice...
a couple is good...
too much... u'll get sick of it real fast...
