Todae... go back to garde manger station again...
do the same old stuff...
getting boring...
furthermore...
todae very few customers = super boring... Zzz...

something very funny happened todae...
trainee become shifu again... -_-
ah-ping was asked to kill fish...
all the fish in the fish tank...
dat rounds up to abt 4-5 fish...
he is not very pro...
but he taught me some things when i was in rotisserie section wif him...
but..........
he dunno how 2 kill fish... LOL
or should i put it...
he DUN DARE to kill...
so since i'm not in rotisserie liao...
no one to kill fish...
he being the lowest of rank... (other dan trainee)
was mad to kill fish... hahaa...
so he came to me and tell me to help him...
so i taught him loh... LOL
see him kill fish like so funny...
dun even dare to smash the hammer onto the fish's head...
fear of hurting it... -_-
i told him...
"u hit like dat... the fish die even more painful... even more slowly..."
"give it 1 hard hit and end it's life quick..."
he hit the fish with his head turned back and eyes closed... -_-
ok... so i taught him how 2 kill...
how 2 remove the scales and offals...
and how to debone the fish...
pls... i'm garde manger this week... -_-
ok lah... he's a nice guy actually... :P

heard a lot of bad feedback of Vivian todae...
almost everybody sae she have a very bad temper...
and dun treat full time staff well...
she treats trainees very good though...
so maybe dat's y i dun feel she's all that bad...
hmmm...

been asked todae if i will be going to Prego's chalet tomoro nite...

no point lah...
i finish work 11pm... by the time i finish everything... shower or GO THERE...
already 12 - 1am liao... -_-

got a lady carrying her baby to my counter and look at me doing orders...
i was doing insa di mare... AKA seafood salad...
den she left...
½hr later... another insa di mare order came...
so i was doing it...
"wat is dat uncle doing? salad..."
i looked up... the same lady wif her baby...-_-
she was teaching her baby "stuff" Zzz...
anyways...

JSC Francis came to me...
i was already closing halfway...
Francis: "ur station can close liao..."
Me: "i noe... i closing now..."
Francis: "ok... u noe how to close?"
Me: "yes..."
Francis: "ok..."

aiyo... if u guys dun trust me...
den dun leave me alone doing 11pm shift alone lah... -_-
can't blame... LOL...
