food tasting at OOTP

Tomoro will be my last dae at Out of the Pan...
1 week only... Zzz...
and my log book is still stuck in garde manger... ARGH!!!
and the best thing is... the chef is on holidae...
wun be coming back till Tues...
greatness... there goes my log book... :(

again... went into the chiller for ½hr...
to get stocks for replenishment at OOTP...
i hate the feeling of being in there...
fingers frozen to the point that i almost couldn't feel them...
ears... worse... frozen stiff... they are totally numb...
my ears couldn't feel anything...
for a moment there... i was afraid my ears would freeze to the point of chipping off... Zzz...
skull contracting under the exposure of constant cold air...
felt a slight migraine...
now i noe y ppl in winter wear ear muffs...

ate a lot of junk todae...
made myself an escargot w/ cream crepe...
quite nice...
like escargot cooked in mushroom soup wrapped in crepe...
also made chicken noodles...
now DAT... do not try...
coz it sucks... bleh... XP
do not pay for it...
edible lah... but below average loh...
maybe 4/10 kinda grade...
it's not worth spending money over...
tried their mushroom soup too...
dat... is nice... :)
so much more better dan chicken noodles...
mushroom soup... worth ur money... :P
chicken noodles... strike it off ur list...
also ate dessert... rainbow forest or watever... forgot...
not to my liking... coz the sherbets too sour...
but some ppl might like it...
it's actually 3 different types of sherbets in vanilla ice-cream...
mango, raspberry and lime... i think...
wif an outer coating of vanilla ice-cream on a bed of sponge cake...
i'll try choco temptation tomoro nite... :P
