1st dae in butchery...

Very tired now...
slept too late...
wake up too early...
feel like sleeping now...
now i noe y Eugene will sleep in afternoon when working morn shift...

see a lot of things in butchery todae...
a lot of heavy machinery...
blades moving so fast... they become transparent... O_O
big smoking room... for smoking ham...
ALL sausages and ham are made in butchery...
no 1 ham or sausage is bought from external sources...
we are the supplier to many outlets and supermarkets...
to other hotels and etc...

minced meat todae...
and a lot of crappy stuff...
Prego lunch is at 11pm - 11:30pm
i wondered where did all the HR staff go...
todae...
went to eat at 12pm...
AHA!!! HR staff...
they come to eat at 12pm... LOL...

after lunch... went up to lvl 4... got function...
so help with plating...
whole of main kitchen been activated...
me in butchery... oso kena activated...
so help plate...
reminds me of the Orchard Hotel function we helped out when we were still in school...
again... i plate fish... -_-
last time plate fish...
now plate fish again...

todae working in butchery feeling very happy...
start work i already happy...
coz i keep thinking... end work at 4pm...
LOL...
shiok...
working in butchery like working office sia...
office hours... 8am - 4pm everydae...
and every sundae off...
except we dun do paperwork...
we do physical work... :P

butchery is a great place to learn many things...
but not my type of career though...
learn as much as possible... den flee... LOL...
