Usually finish mise-en-plus at around 5:30PM
den go for dinner at tuck shop...
but todae chef told us to finish mise-en-plus ASAP...
before 4:30PM...
so we did... finish at 4:30+
den we have 2 hrs dinner break... LOL...
whole of Equinox kitchen went to Victoria Street to have dinner...
chef treat us dinner... hahaa...
why?

set up and ready to go...

coz i can handle entrémettier alone...

den got some wedding banquet up at Equinox...
i love banquets...
coz of all the extra food we can eat...

if everydae got banquet...

den whe kitchen close...
pastry brought out a bdae cake...
for our chef...
coz it's his birthdae todae... :P
