Busy night todae...
not doing alá carte todae...
ben asked to do peking duck station for function buffet...
wow... dat's a MAJOR wastage of food...
the food prepared for the function...
guests only consumed 5% of it... -_-
kaoz...
after buffet...
service staff all came in to "clear" the buffet... :P
which they only managed to clear another 10% of all the food...
so where did all the rest of the 75% go?
into the dustbin of coz... Zzz...
heart pain sia...
anyway...
after buffet...
went to help out in dishing out Main Course for another private dinner function...
well... choice of Asian Chicken and Veal Rack...
majority chose veal...
den while dishing out the Main Course...
suddenly noticed the veal getting lesser and lesser...
too less in fact...
den the Chef asked how many more veal to go...
counted 13...
which we then realised only left 7 pieces...
den the Chef asked if there is any more veal left...
no... all of the veal on the bain marie liao...
the look on the Chef... stressed... shocked... stunned...
he asked the guy who prepared the veal...
didn't you count?
the look on the guy's face...
stunned... dumbfounded... scared... shocked... stressed...
LOL...

tensed heart stopping moment there...
Chef asked if there are any Lamb Racks from alá carte...
faster add in...
but later realised...
there is a miscount...
so actually... the Veal is just enough for the function...
Phew for everybody... LOL...
this is my 1st time seeing such pure shocked faces... :P
i had my fill of the buffet leftovers too...
LOL...
not to mention another 3 oysters... :P
i'm gonna get fat...
