Stewarding sad sad life...

Remember the times i worked in Palm Beach Seafood Restaurant...
and Petals... and Rosette...
kitchen = wash ourselves...
pots and pans... nobody ain't gonna wash it for you...
you use... you wash...
simple as dat...

after working in a hotel...
u realise...
kitchen cleaning is none of your business...
sweeping... mopping... wiping...
you do none of the above...
kitchen staff work till 11pm...
stewarding will work 1 more hr extra...
they work till 12pm...
if kitchen work till 1am... (like in Prego...)
stewarding work till 2am...
to clean up the whole kitchen...
combi oven...
stoves...
table tops...
refrigerators...
pots and pans...
utensils...
etc... etc...

i dunno... i pity them sometimes...
