Future in X Years...

Been thinking a lot lately...
future...
wat's in store for me?
time is of the essence...
every second i wait...
is every second nearer to my death...
wat will happen after my graduation?

Ambition - To be a boss of my own restaurant...
ambition... without execution... is merely a dream...
and dreams are something you do while sleeping...

fell alseep juz now... while lying on my bed...
i juz woke up...
and suddenly felt like blogging...
so here i am...

things to do...
i'm gonna do a menu planning project...
but this time... it ain't for the school...
i gotta come out wif a feasible menu...
a menu which could profit...
choice...
continue in Equinox?
or devote my whole time into business venture?
or maybe both?... XP

let's start small...
hawker center... coffee shop... food court?
small western stall...

wat menu?
wat equipment?
i can't afford combi-oven...
substitution for combi?
grill on griller till required doneness?
or use of fast cooking cuts of meat?

5 yrs in the making...
i shall have my own stall in no more dan 5 yrs...
heck wif Executive Chef...
heck wif Director of Kitchens...
it'll take too long a time for me...

don't laugh...
this time...
