Last dae in Equinox...

So it's my last dae in Equinox...
and seems like the customers noe abt it... Zzz...
why?
coz this is the 1st time brunch and high-tea buffet SO MANY PPL!!! O_o
brunch... long queue at the pasta station...
high-tea... also long queue... Zzz...
kaoz... non stop of bombardment...
to top it off...
my ingredients finish liao... nobody come and top up... -_-
and... no more plates even... Zzz...
wow...
stress...
no plates... a lot of ppl queueing...
service not giving me any plates... coz stewarding haven finish washing...
aiyah... i go steal from noodle section... LOL...
dun care...

actually todae no need stand pasta station de...
coz the guy supposed to stand pasta complain leg pain... cannot stand...
so he no need stand pasta... i take over... Zzz...

sae wanna go see doctor...
in the end... never go see...
stay in the kitchen oso stand mah...

yeah... he might be a bit irritating at times...

ok... anyway...
chef wanted to eat spaghetti wif tomato sauce...
tell me whip out one for him...
so i did...
den i realised... after doing so many pastas...
i have never once tried my pastas... LOL
to think ppl commented nice...
which i dun feel like it's nice leh... Zzz...
so last dae...
i tried my own pasta...
spaghetti in cream sauce...
hey... it's kinda not bad actually... XP
den some one saw me eating my pasta...
"wah... eat urself... never cook for me..."
so i answered... "wat u wanna eat?"
to which he replied... "spaghetti olio"
fine... i went out and made him and olio...
another kitchen staff saw...
and wanted an olio oso...
so again i went out and back wif another olio...
den the previous guy said it's nice... not enough... still wan some more...
so again... i made another...
den ANOTHER GUY saw me bringing a plate of olio in...
he also want... but no chillies...
so again...
deja vu 5 times in a row...
going in and out... in and out...
Zzz...

k... tomoro's my 1st dae going to main kitchen to do the bolognaise sauce for the world's longest lasagne...
dunno if i should report 7am or 9am... -_-
coz i forgot wat time the person told me...
so i'm gonna assume it's 9am... LOL... :P

at most if 7am den i sae sorry... i remember wrongly the time... :P

i'm going to miss Equinox...
